TxDOT continues work all over the region

TYLER, Feb. 1, 2012--Intermittent closures planned for SH 31, SH 155 in Smith County. Construction crews working on Segment 3A of Toll 49 are scheduled to briefly halt traffic on SH 31 on Saturday (tomorrow) while they complete setting bridge beams for the Toll 49, Segment 3A overpass at SH 31 west of Tyler.

That work is scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and last throughout much of the day. Lanes will be closed and traffic will be halted while beams are being lifted and placed over the roadway.
