California Investor Buys Goodyear Plant In Tyler (AUDIO)

TYLER, Jan. 25, 2012--An investment company out of California has purchased the former Goodyear plant in Tyler, according to Tyler Economic Development Council CEO Tom Mullins.

The Goodyear plant closed 2008. The property has 1.2 million square feet of building space on 155 acres.
