TYLER, Jan. 23, 2012--The Tyler Public Library offers scrap-bookers and card-makers a chance to expand their knowledge in the art of rubber-stamping, embellishing and card-making under the direction of a professional designer.
 
The ArtCards workshops for Spring will begin Tuesday, Jan. 24 at 10:30 a.m. The classes continue every other Tuesday, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, until April 17. Dates for the Spring sessions are: Feb. 7, 21, March 6, 20, April 3 and 17.
 
Participants may attend as many sessions as they choose. A $10 supply fee is payable at the beginning of each class and includes all materials needed to make three projects. The workshops are designed for adults and teens.
