Woman arrested after alleged assault on Neches Prinicipal
ANDERSON COUNTY, Feb. 15, 2012—At approximately 2 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, Anderson County Sheriff’s Office responded to an alleged assault at a campus in the Neches Independent School District.
According to Anderson County Sheriff Greg Taylor, 47-year-old Tammy Campos was arrested for assault on a public servant and obstruction or retaliation. Campos was later freed on $15,000 bond in connection with the assault charge and $7,500 bond for the retaliation charge.
The alleged victim was Neches Elementary School Principal Kim Snider, according to Sheriff Taylor.
The charges against Campos are felony charges.
