On Tuesday, February 14, 2012, into the early morning hours of Wednesday, a suspect broke into numerous vehicles on the following streets: 5900 block of Hollytree, 4900 block of Barclay, 4800 block of Forestwood, 4400 and 4500 blocks of Richmond, 700 block of Timberwilde, 800, 4600 and 4900 blocks of Trenton, 3800 block of Top Hill, and 3800 block of South Broadway.
The suspect broke several windows to gain entry into vehicles and found several that were left unlocked. The suspect stole items such as laptop computers, cell phones, iPods, car stereos and women’s purses.
On February 16 -17, Police believe that the same suspect or suspects broke into numerous vehicles on the following streets: 800 block of Joel, 1100 block of Beth, 600 block of Pam, and 600 block of Whiteoak Lane.
One of the victims had a wild game camera which he used to record his vehicle parked in his driveway. The camera captured images of the suspect breaking into the vehicle at 3:35 a.m. Wednesday, February 15, 2012.
