TYLER, Feb. 24, 2012--Instead of a spring break spent watching TV on the couch, treat your children to a week of fun, safe activities at the Tyler Parks and Recreation Department’s Spring Break Day Camp, March 12-16 at the Glass Recreation Center, 501 W. 32nd St.
 
Campers ages 6-12 will enjoy a variety of clinics including: karate, fishing, acting, sports, cooking and many more.  There will also be daily games, arts, crafts, activities and a lot of fun. 
 
Each child must bring their lunch Monday through Thursday and the Glass Recreation Center will provide a pizza party lunch on Friday as well as breakfast and snack each day.   
 
The cost for the camp is $30 per child for the week, but space is limited to 30 children, so register soon.
