ANDERSON COUNTY, Jan. 25, 2012—The Tennessee Colony area in Anderson County was hit by the severe storms that came through on Wednesday morning.
 
According to the Anderson County Sheriff’s Department, several homes received severe damage as a result of the high winds and a possible tornado. It has not been confirmed that a tornado passed through the area, causing the extensive damage.
