ATHENS, Dec. 13, 2011 - KYYK 98.3 will broadcast selected TVCC Cardinals and Lady Cards basketball games during the 2011-12 season. All games broadcast on KYYK will be simulcast on the KYYK 98.3 stream at www.youreasttexas.com
KYYK will begin broadcasting on Wednesday, January 11, 2012 when the Lady Cards and Cardinals face Tyler Junior College in Tyler. The games will be at 5:30 (women) and 7:30 p.m. (men). The Tyler game will be the first game back for the Cardinals and Lady Cards following their Christmas break.
The Lady Cards will come back from the break 12-0 and ranked #1 in the country when they face a tough TJC team (9-5-0), while the men (3-3-0) will face the Apaches (9-4-0).

Wednesday, Jan. 11 – at Tyler (women and men), 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 14 – vs. Paris (women and men), 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 16 – vs. San Jacinto (women), 5:30 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 11 – at Navarro (men), 4 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 15 – vs. Bossier Parish (men), 7 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 18 – at Angelina (women, men), 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 22 – at Kilgore (women, men) 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
In addition to the KYYK radio and web stream broadcasts the Cardinal Sports Network will webcast five games this season including;
Saturday, Jan. 21 – vs. Jacksonville (women and men), 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Saturday, Jan. 28 – vs. Lon Morris (women and men), 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Wednesday, Feb. 8 – vs. Blinn (women and men), 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 25 – vs. Tyler (women and men), 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Saturday, March 3 – vs. Panola (women and men), 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
