Agrilife Extension's 'Money Matter$ in 2012' conference set for March 2
PALESTINE, Feb. 20, 2012--Experts on money matters will gather and offer advice on investments, the benefits of credit unions, budgeting, managing credit cards and debt control at ‘Money Matter$ in 2012’, on March 2 in Nacogdoches.
The conference has been organized by District 5 FCS Agents of Texas AgriLife Extension Service. It will take place from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.at the Nacogdoches County Extension Office at 203 West Main Street in the Courthouse Annex.
A registration fee of $25 will cover the event and lunch. College students are encouraged to attend and their fee is $15. For a registration form contact your FCS agent, Holly Black at 903-723-3735.
“Our ‘Money Matter$ in 2012’ event will provide useful financial information to citizens of all ages in East Texas. We are looking forward to the event and the opportunity to share financial wisdom with our attendants,” said Patrice Dunagin, co-chair and AgriLife Extension agent for family and consumer sciences in Smith County.
